Cancellation & refunds

The short version

  • Memberships are 30-day, month-to-month. Cancel anytime. No contracts.
  • Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be billed for the next month.
  • Drop-in sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Camp deposits are non-refundable; the balance is refundable until the published cutoff.
  • Referral credits and discount codes have no cash value.

1. Monthly memberships

Memberships (Werx Foundation / Builder / Unlimited, and the Position Player tiers) bill once per 30-day cycle through Venmo. You can cancel from the parent portal's Account tab at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current 30-day period stays active through its end date so you keep the sessions you've already paid for.

Because Venmo is a person-to-person payment that we manually confirm, refunds for already-completed billing cycles are issued only in cases of facility closure, coach unavailability, or a documented injury. Contact us within 30 days of the charge.

2. Drop-in sessions

Single sessions booked via the parent portal can be cancelled and refunded in full up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside the 24-hour window the slot is non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule when the calendar allows.

Sessions held for 15 minutes pending Venmo payment that the parent does not complete are released automatically and never charged.

3. Camps and training blocks

Enrolling in a camp may include a non-refundable deposit; the deposit amount and the refund cutoff are shown on the camp's enrollment card before you confirm. After the cutoff, the camp balance is non-refundable, but credit toward a future camp may be granted at our discretion.

4. Referral credits and discount codes

Referral credits ($25 to each party when a new family books a paid session through a valid ?ref= link) apply automatically to a future membership renewal. They have no cash value, do not stack with other promotional discounts beyond the membership price, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Promotional discount codes are limited to the terms shown when they are issued.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

From the parent portal: open the Account tab and tap "Cancel membership" on the plan you want to end.
